Just Be Maritime is delighted to welcome Caroline Sloane to our growing team in the new role of Maritime Recruitment Officer.
Since obtaining her HND in Public Administration in 2000, Caroline has gained broad experience across a number of business sectors, including public relations and communications services, finance, accountancy and charitable ventures.
In her various roles, Caroline has gained extensive experience in the management of client accounts, office management and administration services, and PR consultancy.
As our Maritime Recruitment Officer, Caroline’s primary focus will be supporting the initial recruitment, selection and onboarding of Officer Cadets, engaging closely with both the cadets and their sponsoring companies.
This key role supports a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience for our new recruits, while sustaining our talent acquisition efforts through the maintenance of high standards of compliance and efficiency.
Having an active involvement with the sea through sailing and paddleboarding, Caroline brings self-motivation, enthusiasm and a personalised approach to her role, to effectively support our commercial clients and cadets.
Caroline said “I’m very excited to be taking on this new role with Just Be Maritime and look forward to using my related experience from previous roles in working closely with our Officer Cadets and maritime clients.”
