Document management & administration related to the Officer Cadet training programmes is undertaken by Just Be Maritime on behalf of our clients and their Officer Cadets, including:

  • recruitment and pre-college documentation, such as personal information, signed training agreements, copies of passports and ENG1 medical certificates, education certificates, bank account details etc.
  • sea phase documentation, such as a copy of the UK Discharge book, visas, vaccinations etc.
  • other documentation, such as support information for Government funding claims, copies of STCW training certificates, copies of college educational certificates etc.

Efficient documentation management assists the cadets to qualify on time, as well as facilitating any associated audits. All documents and personal data are held on a secure file and protected by our cyber-secure IT provider.&&
