Zodiac Maritime

SCROLL DOWN

Zodiac Maritime is one of the largest international ship operators in the world and offers a full range of management services to its customers across the globe.  Headquartered in London, the company has representative offices across Europe and Asia, and a crew of over 6,500 dedicated seafarers.

A strong focus on health and safety, reliability and efficiency has established Zodiac Maritime’s reputation for operational excellence over seven decades in the maritime industry.

During this time, Zodiac Maritime has developed a wide and diversified fleet of over 130 managed vessels, comprising containerships, bulk carriers, Pure Car & Truck Carriers (PCTCs), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) carriers, and chemical, product and crude oil tankers. With such a diverse fleet, Officer Cadets have the rare opportunity to train across a range of vessel types before deciding which fleet sector they wish to specialise in.

Zodiac Maritime cadets can follow a Deck (Navigation), Marine Engineer or Electro-Technical (ETO) professional pathway. Please visit the Zodiac Maritime website for further information about their cadetship programme.

We are currently taking applications for Zodiac Maritime’s cadet intakes in January and September each year.  Applicants must be EEA nationals and resident in the UK for a year prior to starting training.

Once you are ready to apply for a cadetship, please email your application letter and Curriculum Vitae (CV) to us at [email protected], stating that you are interested in a Zodiac Maritime cadetship and confirming your preferred training discipline (i.e. Deck Cadetship, Engineer Cadetship or ETO Cadetship).

Over a three year training period, Officer Cadets will follow academic programmes at a designated college for their shore-based training elements, while undertaking the required sea service and professional training aboard various types of vessel.
