Each month, Just Be Maritime prepares and executes payroll payments for Officer Cadets on behalf of our clients, who set the payment rates following an annual review with us.  

These monthly payments by JBM will include the payroll element, any approved cadet expenses and any onboard account deductions.  

Each Officer Cadet will then receive an electronic pay advice sheet, detailing the relevant components.

JBM will also maintain accurate records of all transactions for audit purposes.
