Seapeak

SCROLL DOWN

Seapeak has one of the largest fleets of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) vessels in the world, with ownership interests in 39 vessels.

The company has been rebranded as Seapeak following the acquisition of Teekay LNG Partners LP by investment vehicles managed by Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm. Teekay was established nearly 50 years ago and became a world leader in the LNG tanker market.

Seapeak are committed to providing the highest level of operational performance for our customers, and always safety first with no compromises.

For further information about Seapeak, please see their company website at Seapeak and their corporate video at:  Seapeak video

We are currently taking applications for Seapeak’s cadet intakes in January and September at City of Glasgow College or Fleetwood Nautical Campus, which are operated as a joint venture in partnership with the Corporation of Trinity House.

Applicants must be EEA nationals and resident in the UK for a year prior to starting training.

Once you are ready to apply for a cadetship, please email your application letter and Curriculum Vitae (CV) to us at [email protected], stating that you are interested in a Seapeak/Trinity House cadetship and confirming your preferred training discipline (i.e. Deck Cadetship, Engineer Cadetship or METO Cadetship).

Over a three-year training period, Officer Cadets will follow academic programmes and shore-based training elements at a nautical college, while undertaking the required sea service and professional training aboard company vessels.
