Just Be Maritime (JBM) has now completed a thorough review and updating of the maritime careers guidance provided on its website for our existing and prospective Officer Cadets, our sponsoring organisations, company training managers and others in the wider maritime industry.
Our website has three key sections on Maritime Careers, Officer Cadetships and Cadet Sponsors, which provide comprehensive guidance on maritime career options, associated training programmes, life at sea and beyond, career progression to either higher ranks or eventual roles ashore, and the sponsoring organisations we currently work with.
