Just Be Maritime is delighted to announce that two of our Officer Cadets have won annual awards at Warsash Maritime School’s Summer 2025 graduation ceremony held on Friday evening.
Officer Cadet Shae Wallace is sponsored by Maritime London, and deservedly won the Deck Cadet of the Year award for performing to the highest standard throughout the duration of his cadetship and whose overall attainment, including both theoretical and practical elements, is recognised by Warsash staff as being the most excellent amongst his peers.
In addition, Officer Cadet Alarna Morgan is sponsored by Saga Cruises and was delighted to receive the award for Higher National Student of the Year from Solent University. This award recognises her outstanding commitment, skills and achievements on course, in addition to her service as a university ambassador.
Shae and Alarna are pictured here at the event with Just Be Maritime’s Stuart Benge, Operations Director, and Suzanne Galloway, Client Manager. Stuart remarked “We are thrilled for both Shae and Alarna that their hard work and professional achievement has now been recognised through these awards, while we would also like to commend all of the attending cadets for successfully concluding their cadetships.”
