At an impressive industry event in Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard last night, Just Be Maritime was truly honoured to win the Maritime UK Solent award for ‘Start Up of the Year’.
This award is given to an independently owned and UK-based company, which has been operating for less than three years but has already demonstrated enormous potential in terms of its client wins and overall growth.
Our innovative approach to recruitment and management of Officer Cadets, in conjunction with a range of creative initiatives, is resonating within the maritime industry and enables JBM to successfully support the industry’s future through the provision of well-educated, professional and highly motivated junior officers.
