Just Be Maritime has recognised that some potential new recruits for Officer Cadetships are unsure what their cadetship will actually entail, both at college and during their seagoing training phases.
To enhance their understanding, we have now asked some of our current sponsored cadets to provide detailed and engaging accounts of their own cadetships to date, as part of a ‘My Cadetship’ awareness series.
