Just Be Maritime is delighted to confirm that its Officer Cadet Management Services have now been engaged by the Hill Robinson Group, whose Officer Cadet training programme will be operated as a joint venture in partnership with the Corporation of Trinity House.
Hill Robinson was founded in 2000 by Nick Hill and Niall Robinson, and opened its first office in Antibes in 2001. The company has its headquarters in Monaco, operates 12 international offices and employs over 250 personnel worldwide.
Hill Robinson was specifically created to manage the operational complexities of the world’s largest yachts, while bringing technical excellence to a full spectrum of services that yacht owners require most.
Delivering on their client promise, Hill Robinson provides a specialised management service, sharing the responsibility for all aspects of yacht ownership and operation.
The pilot scheme will see Hill Robinson and Trinity House initially sponsor four cadets in undertaking a three-year officer cadetship, allowing successful candidates following Deck and Marine Engineer training pathways to qualify as Officers of the Watch, with the added possibility of employment in the superyacht sector as their careers progress.
