Just Be Maritime Ltd has now engaged the management consultancy services of Azimuth Nautical Solutions Ltd., to provide specialist support for JBM’s developmental projects.
Don Millar, Managing Director of JBM, said “Over the years I have worked on a number of projects with Andrew Hair and the Azimuth team and welcome their involvement and support with our new business initiatives.”
“Andrew brings considerable experience to bear from his past involvement with Officer Cadet management and training, particularly through his role as a company recruitment and training manager with P&O/Princess Cruises and then his many years working at Warsash Maritime Academy.”
During his time at Warsash, he managed the professional education and training of Officer Cadets and certificated officers in the merchant navy and commercial yacht sectors, before then taking over as Director of the Academy with overall responsibility for their business and course operations.”
