Their three year Officer Cadetship will allow successful candidates following Deck and Marine Engineer training pathways to qualify as Officers of the Watch, with the added possibility of employment in the superyacht sector as their careers progress.

We are currently taking applications for Hill Robinson’s Officer Cadet intakes in January and September.
Applicants must be EEA nationals and resident in the UK for a year prior to starting training.
Once you are ready to apply for a cadetship, please email your application letter and Curriculum Vitae (CV) to us at [email protected], stating that you are interested in an Hill Robinson cadetship and confirming your preferred training discipline (i.e. Deck Cadetship or Engineer Cadetship).
Over a three-year training period, Officer Cadets will follow academic programmes at a designated college for their shore-based training elements, while undertaking the required sea service and professional training aboard various types of vessel.
